Hotel Solution will come to the property and do a full walkthrough.  All areas will be inspected and assessed for viable solutions.

A contractor will make sure that structurally we are sound and complete a list of tasks that may need to be completed prior to the beautifying process.  Our designer will get a feel for the property as well as a feel for the client’s wants and needs in regards to the aesthetic for the property.

Once fully defined by completing the due diligence of proper design development drawings, actual spaceplanning methods are utilized to provide a full detailed set of tagged plans with elevations and floorplans of both public and guestroom areas. Dimensioned details of key components are also detailed, such as custom furniture units, which may require further explanation and exploration to insure that the existing conditions, or architectural CD’s correspond with the interior design elements that are being proposed.

Hotel Solution has a vast knowledge base and decades of experience working with various franchise companies in the US and Canada.  We will put that knowledge and experience together for you while removing the stress of working to get approval from the franchiser.  We will put together a comprehensive plan and deal with the often-rigorous task of presenting it to the franchiser for approval.  We will personally take care of all correspondences with the franchise company while getting your new plan approved.

4. FRANCHISE SUBMITTAL

Hotel Solution has a vast knowledge base and decades of experience working with various franchise companies in the US and Canada.  We will put that knowledge and experience together for you while removing the stress of working to get approval from the franchiser.  We will put together a comprehensive plan and deal with the often-rigorous task of presenting it to the franchiser for approval.  We will personally take care of all correspondences with the franchise company while getting your new plan approved.

5. PROCUREMENT

Your dedicated Procurement agent will be your liaison between our manufacturers and vendors to create a seamless process. An assigned Procurement Agent will give you weekly ETA’s to help ensure a smooth delivery process, working closely with you and your contractor to meet your deadlines. During this stage of your project, your Procurement Agent will be your first point of contact regarding any questions you may have.

6. IMPLIMENTATION

The final stage is where the magic finally happens.  Our insanely talented crew will work hard to get any construction needs handled.  

Any product will be delivered and ready to implemented accordingly.

Our decorators will be on hand to make sure that the end product is what has been proposed and is ready for the ultimate guest experience.
