HOME2 BY HILTON ON INDYS NORTHWEST SIDE.
One of our newest properties in the Home 2 Suites by Hilton on Indianapolis’ North West Side. We had the awesome opportunity to work with Hilton, so we set out to find a great piece of property. Nestled in a corporate area just off I465, we found a prime piece of land ready for development. The Home2 concept was the perfect choice to accommodate all the business men and women that are in and out of this thriving corporate area.
Our stylish studio suites and one-bedroom suites provide the perfect floor plans when you stay a night, week or even a whole season. Our one-bedroom suites include everything featured in our studio suites plus more square footage, a dining table with chairs, and a door to separate the sleeping space from the living areas.
All suites are complete with a living area that features a full-sized sleeper sofa. Nesting tables sit beside the sofa to rest your cold drink or to spread out all your stuff. The TV has Bluetooth capabilities and is on a flexible mount that allows you to watch from anywhere in the suite, so it’s easy to make this area your home base for relaxation.
Welcome Home2
Now that we have the perfect pairing of a great location and an awesome new brand by a hospitality monolith, we get to work. We started with a full survey of the land and a land development plan to build this hotel from the ground up. We teamed up with an amazing Indianapolis architecture firm once we conferred with Hilton to create the specs and plans for our new undertaking. With the land ready and drawings in hand we assembled an incredible construction crew to assist in the building of Home2. During construction, the design team was hard at work, putting together the vibrant package that makes Home2 so dynamic.

Join us each morning at the Inspired Table™ for a complimentary breakfast buffet featuring over 400 different breakfast combinations to suit any palette. Prepare to be deliciously satisfied with our savory Artisan-style breakfast sandwiches and bowls – all less than 400 calories. Have a sweet tooth in the morning? Guests can get creative with our freshly baked multi-grain buckwheat waffle maker while adding toppings like berries or Nutella.
