DOUBLE TREE BY HILTON
A Holiday Inn wasn’t in the best condition and was available in Front Royal, a town in Virginia. The price worked out, and the property was a great location for visiting guests.
Once the property was purchased, we struck out to find a brand that offered everything that business weary travelers desired. After much research, Double Tree was our choice, with the nice rooms, comfortable beds, business center, grab and go options to seasonal light bites, all-day
room service or a four-course farm-to-table meal. The new contemporary feel was an added plus for the overall customer experience.
Now that the property and brand selection has been made, we quickly get to work on planning the layout, construction, and overall look of the hotel.
Construction Begins
Now that a brand has been selected, we have a building, and a budgeted plan, we can get going with this project. We started with the tedious task of demolition. We worked on rebuilding the interior, including a large amount of carpet, tiles, walls, and fixtures. We gave the exterior a solid freshening up complete with paint, stucco work, and of course new signage. The interior that was once outdated was given new life through fresh paint, tile, carpet, and new fixtures as per the Hilton standards.
