DELTA INN BY MARRIOTT LANDS NEAR INDY AIRPORT
Upon finding the prime location near the Indianapolis Airport just off I465, we realized we had some work to do. The hotel, formerly, a Jameson Inn and a Days Inn before that had been terribly neglected and was run down to say the least.
Our team immediately began the arduous task of selecting the right brand for our new undertaking. After much deliberation, we chose a new(ish) brand to the states that we felt filled a void for those traveling to and from Indianapolis. This is a brand that was ripe for exposure in Indianapolis, and we were excited to be bringing it to life.

Construction Begins
Once the brand was chosen, the next move was to get to work. We teamed up with local architecture firm, API Consulting and started designing our hotel. Construction soon followed as we worked closely with several premium contractors and construction companies in the Indianapolis area. Construction wrapped up in just 16 months as we began putting the final details in place. With the help of our talented design team, we worked with the branding people at Marriott and created the premium customer experience that Delta by Marriott exudes.
Old Chicago, Indy Style
Our Food & Beverage team also worked with Marriott and Old Chicago Restaurant to design and implement a wonderful dining experience.
