VENTURE X SETS UP SHOP IN INDIANAPOLIS
During the acquisition of another property we also acquired a 2 story, 20,000 commercial office building once occupied by the United Auto Workers. Our team contemplated renting out office space to individuals in the area. As we were researching, we learned of a new, dynamic company named Venture X. Venture X provides high quality, flexible spaces to business professionals allowing our members to grow their companies and exceed their business goals. Venture X provides a unique set of amenities and benefits that support business growth and professional development.
Our team was excited to work with Venture X to develop an outstanding office area for business professionals in the metropolitan area. Once the contracts were signed, we got to work immediately securing the contractors and procuring all the materials.
Setting up shop…
Once the brand was chosen, the next move was to get to work. We teamed up with several premium contractors and construction companies in the Indianapolis area. The rigorous task of demolition and construction soon became a reality as we worked hard to create a workspace that lives up the standards of Venture X.
