HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS

It was time for an update for the Holiday inn Express on Rockville Rd in Indianapolis. It had been 5 years since we bought this property, and changed it from the Comfort inn & Suites to an IHG brand. We started with ordering from our vendors, making enough room for all the supplies, and making a plan how to lessen the renovation impact for our hotel guests / available rooms.

Room Demolition

Renovation Began

We settled on renovating a floor at a time, starting with the 4th floor and working our way down. Our contractors stripped the walls & flooring in each room replacing with the updated look. Our nice wood LVT flooring was a nice change from our original carpeted look. We installed updated furniture & room fixtures, PTAC units, TV’s and bathroom appliances sticking to the Brand to make sure everything was perfect for our guests. Finally we finished with the breakfast area, exercise room and pool area.
